1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the DSF Software website (dsfsoft.vn) or submitting a service inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Vietnam. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW):

• Custom Deliverables: All source code, designs, and intellectual property engineered under custom development contracts are fully transferred to the client upon receipt of final milestone payment.
• DSF Hospital Suite: All proprietary modules, custom integrations, and enterprise connectors developed for DSF Hospital Suite deployments remain governed by the terms of the specific client engagement contract and software licensing agreements.
• Website Content: All branding, graphics, and textual materials published on this website are the proprietary property of Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ DSF Software (DSF Software Ltd.).

3. Service Engagements & SLAs

Any software development, consulting, or DSF Hospital Suite deployment services provided by DSF Software shall be defined in formal written proposals, SOWs, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) establishing:

• Specific milestone deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.
• Standard response times, bug classification matrices, and critical incident support windows.
• Payment schedules, change-order protocols, and deployment environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DSF Software, its directors, or its software engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use materials on this marketing website.

Liability pertaining to production software solutions and DSF Hospital Suite infrastructure is governed strictly by the limitations articulated in individual client Master Services Agreements.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
