As the engineering provider for DSF Hospital Suite hospital systems, DSF Software enforces strict data isolation principles:

• Our public marketing website never collects, stores, or transmits Protected Health Information (PHI) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• DSF Hospital Suite client deployments operate on dedicated, isolated hospital infrastructure (on-premise LAN or secure private cloud) governed by independent Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and strict HIPAA/HL7-compliant security boundaries.

4. Data Retention & Security Measures

We apply ISO 27001-aligned security measures to prevent unauthorized data access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All communication is encrypted via TLS 1.3 in transit.

Inquiry submissions are retained solely for the period necessary to respond to your technical consultation or fulfill legitimate business contractual obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
